Post where you DON'T have EVDO coverage
Sprint claims to be in 75 markets now and 100 expected by end of year.
http://www.sprint.com/business/produ...EvdoCities.jsp
If you have tried in one of the cities listed above and didn't get EVDO coverage, post the location/zipcode here.
I've used Sprint EVDO in St. Louis, Kansas City and Minneapolis and got EVDO everywhere I tried, even though the maps show just a portion of those cities. The maps are far behind actual rollout.
Please only post if you actually have tested a Sprint EVDO device in the areas you specify.

Metropolitan Baltimore, MD (downtown) -- no place I've gone yet doesn't have EVDO. Yeah, I see it flash to 1x sometimes, but EV seems to lock back in quickly. EVDO speeds have been in the 400 - 750kbs range. Very cool!

I get great EVDO coverage as I approach the DFW airport in Dallas. I have heard reports that there is EVDO coverage by my house (near 75 & George Bush)....but I haven't had any success in this area.

I wonder some who do/do not get coverage in the same area is related to the PRL version in the phone. Maybe a PRL update would fix that. See the PRL thread....

I've tested in Manhattan 2 months ago and it worked but couldn't get Brooklyn EVDO at that time, only 1xRTT. Anyone try in Brooklyn recently?

I get EVDO in Seattle Metro, Bellevue, Tukwila, Kent, Renton, and Kirkland. In Redmond, I get the 1X/EVDO dance due to poor EVDO signal quality.
In Texas - Austin works everywhere I drove (through town). San Marcos has good coverage. I-35 corridor is not saturated on Sprint like Verizon.
I'll have more coverage of western Washington by the end of next week, then I can report more of Texas once I get back home.

I get EVDO in Redwood city, San Francisco (Financial District), HWY 101 from San Francisco all the way to Redwood city gets a strong EVDO signal, that's 20 miles of pure EVDO
I will keep reporting back

I'm in a south suburban area near Chicago my phone shows 1x about 99% of the time. Occasionally it shows EVDO but very seldom.

Only EVDO in Pittsburgh is at the airport. Everywhere else, 1X with a hint of EV here and there that is ephemeral at best

Lots of EV-DO on west side of Indy around airport and up I-65 all the way to near Lafayette. I think it's better than Sprint's maps indicate it should be.

Guys, this thread is only supposed to be for areas where Sprint indicates coverage but there isn't any, not for reporting areas that do have it.

You mean it must be a separate thread if Sprint underreports EV-DO coverage? Sorry to mess this all up...
